The Sales IQ Assessment is an objective analysis designed as a personalized map of your sales knowledge at this moment in time. It tells you where you are. It tells you why you are there - and it tells you where to go.

What business industry is this for?
This is for any business that has customers, that needs leads/prospects, that sells in person, on-line, or over the phone. I have used these sessions with lawyers, coaches, CPAs, CFAs, retail stores, home services, handymen, landscapers, professional services, dentist offices and others. These are highly transferable and essential business practices 99% of businesses need to master to succeed.
Is this another scam with empty promises?
No, look, I know this sounds like the other 100 emails we get everyday. This is not some software program or some canned coaching. I am using my military and business experience, my MBA education, my hard lessons learned from being a business owner and proven methodologies from FocalPoint that has proven results for more than 20,000 business owners. This is hard-core business practices. Your results will depend on how much you put in. I am going to give you tools, knowledge, best practices and access to powerful business acceleration guidance that will change how you run your business.
How Many Sessions Does This Include?
This Program is ongoing but I have front loaded it with 8 core sessions that are "needle movers", a 1:1 Strategy Session, and open office hour sessions. A total of at minimum 16 touch points. My typical 1:1 rates for this program would exceed $7500. You will have access to an on-line learning portal with all recordings, lessons, eBooks, planning tools and business strategy guides.
What is the schedule?
After Registering, you will schedule your first 1:1 to build your business plan to set revenue goals. Ideally, we complete that before the first group session. We will launch the group as soon as we get a core mass of group members to make it worthwhile.
What if I cannot make a session?
All sessions are recorded and will be put in the course portal where all documents, guides, lessons and videos will be posted. You won't miss a thing so don't let a busy schedule hold you back from success. Remember, you are the business owner, you define your schedule.
What if I need help beyond the program?
During the business acceleration Boot Camp program, you have access to me via phone, email and text. I am the coach in your corner and will help you succeed in any way I can, as my schedule allows. I have built in open office hours each week to help address individual needs and concerns.
What stage of business is this program for?
This is ideal for emerging businesses, start-ups and businesses that are entering a growth/scaling phase of their business. If your business has mastered sales and marketing, this program would be a good refresher but the businesses that will get the most are 0-5 years in business that are starting, re-starting, stalled, or starting to scale for growth.
